The Platform Suite refresh

We're unifying today's separate chat + admin apps into one Platform Suite — a single shell with four products: Q&A · Knowledge · DDQ · Admin. Below are the explored directions. The chosen direction is B · Calm Institutional, plus a new slide-up Trust Console.

Each is a live, clickable prototype: use the product tabs at the top to switch Q&A / Knowledge / DDQ / Admin, and resize your window to see the responsive layout. In the console build, press ⌘J (or click the bottom status strip) to pull up the reasoning trace.

B · Calm Institutional + Trust Console

The selected language — LP-facing gravitas (Newsreader serif headings, ⌘K command palette, GP blue used sparingly) — with the new Trust Console that slides up to expose how each answer was produced: routing, retrieval (ranked chunks + scores), verification (bindings, figures traced, fabrication guard), citation resolution, and latency/telemetry. Press ⌘J.

B · base

Calm Institutional

The chosen language without the console — private-bank calm, serif display type, command palette, content-forward layouts. Best for the LP-facing Q&A and DDQ surfaces.

A

Refined Suite

The safe, polished SaaS baseline — Linear/Stripe-grade execution of the platform shell. Neutral, professional, lowest-risk; least distinctive brand voice.

Dense Operator

Terminal-grade for GP power users — compact rows, monospace figures, a persistent status bar, keyboard-first. Great for internal ops (Review Queue, Reporting Sign-off); too dense for LPs. Its console aesthetic lives on inside B's Trust Console.

Prototypes are static HTML mockups for design review — not the live app; data is illustrative.
